The purpose of this website is to keep Mistwood residents informed of the events and happenings in the neighborhood and to have easy access to information related to the Mistwood Home Owners Association.

Mistwood is a community located 18 miles West of Chicago's Loop in Downers Grove, Illinois. It is comprised of 25 buildings containing 125 residences. Our community is run by a non-profit corporation called The Mistwood Condominium Association, Inc., whose voting membership is comprised of all unit owners. The affairs of the association are managed by a Board of Directors with the assistance of committees appointed by the board. The community is maintained by member assessments and is subject to the covenants, conditions and by-laws established by its members.
